A. Titlul lucrarii
B. Cuvinte-cheie
Dupa numele autorilor, se lasa doua spatii si urmeaza 4-5 cuvinte-cheie, in ordine alfabetica, care exprima esenta demersului epistemic si a continutului articolului. Acestea se scriu in italic, aliniat stanga, cu font 12.
C. Rezumatul lucrarii (in limbile engleza/franceza si romana)
D. Introducerea
F. Subiecti, metode, organizarea cercetarii
(A. Gagea, 1999, pg.182)
I. Concluzii
Concluziile vor fi formulate in legatura cu ipotezele cercetarii, autorul putand diviza acest capitol, in functie de caracterul teoretic sau experimental al acestora.
Se scrie in continuare titlul complet (italic). Urmeaza locul aparitiei, editura, nr. pagina/pagini

RECOMANDATIONS FOR EDITING A RESEARCH STUDY FOR PUBLISHING IN THE „SPORT SCIENCE" MAGAZINE (ISSN – 4075-018x)
Editing the research study and publishing it represents the last step in the research process, a logical step which can not be achieved without some methodological conditions which demand knowing the contents of the study, establishing a preferential sector or a target population fort this study etc.
The protocol used varies based upon the addressee of the study, being academic or for popularization, scientific or informal. In the following we will refer at the requirements for research study who address the experts in the sport sciences, requirements who rely on official international norms and standards.
At the base of editing the study stand deontological principles, rules, norms, and ethical and esthetical standards. Equally, the study must satisfy scientific standards and formative requirements for young researchers. The following data represents reproduced items of evaluation scales (R. Pfister, 1992) that allows an (auto) objective evaluation of the proposed text for publishing.
1. Thematic: is the subject well formulated and correctly placed in the bibliographic perspective?
2. Methodology: the applied techniques match the chosen theme, are described and used correctly?
3. Data processing: Is the data being correctly retrieved, processed and interpreted?
4. Bibliography: bibliographic references are representative, offer new elements (novelty), are sufficient and presented according to current norms?
5. The quality of the presentation and its form: the study is balanced from the volume of components point of view has an elevated and clear language, the graphics and tables are easy to read and are they serving the paper's assertions?
The editorial staff recommends the following structure:
A. The title of the study
Formally, it has to be short, intelligible, with no brackets, abbreviation or words in quote and to correspond exactly with the contents of the text. Usually the title is spelled with capitation, bold, centered; followed by the name and surname of the author (authors), academic degree, institution (eventually the city, country), aligned to the right, upright bold letters with 12-size font.
B. Key words
Keywords (4 or 5) will be written two rows after the name of authors, in alphabetical order, to summarize the essence of the epistemic path and the contents of the study. The keywords will be written aligned to the left with 12-size font.
C. The study review (in English, French and Romanian)
The review will summarize its objectives, the new methods used, one or more edifying results. The review should have 10-12 lines or 200-250 words written in italics and 12-font size.
D. Introduction
This chapter briefly highlights the theoretic and practical importance of the study, its echo in specific literature, the study's goal, objectives and tasks.
E. Hypothesis or alternative hypothesis and the description of experimental variables (for empiric, experimental researches).
For any reference to authors included in text, will be added the pages that contain the idea referred to, ie: (Epuran, 2005, pg. 407-410)
F. The subjects, methods and the research's schedule
This chapter describes the characteristics of the investigated subjects, sample size, the equipment and methodology, the aspects of the research's schedule, etc; also the description of the experimental intervention methodology or non-experimental techniques (i.e. inquiry).
G. The Results
This chapter represents the core element of the study being largely represented in size, having subchapters equal to the type amount of results found. The results are displayed in tables and/or in charts with the statistical parameters obtained. The tables should have the same font and size as the text. Each table or chart should have be numbered and named and explained in a legend box in the middle, under the chart. The legend should be in 12 size font. The data on the appendix of the graphics will share the text characteristics in font and size.
H. The discussion and interpretation of the results
In this chapter the author offers a meaning to the obtained data, based upon solid arguments from logical, fundamental thinking and literature harshly analyzed. The logical interpretation is sometimes also dubbed by philosophic interpretation based upon cause-effect relationship.
The author could compile his personal interpretation of the results with the comparative interpretation, highlighting the obvious differences that will be explained and argued. The reader should be convinced that the proposed aspects were demonstrated correctly and logically.
I. Conclusions
The conclusions will be formulated according to the hypothesis of the research; the author then could divide the chapter by its theoretical or experimental character. The author will highlight the contribution of the research to the theoretical and practical progress of the investigated domain that the theme is based on. Editing the conclusions should be realized in a synthetic, clear, beyond any doubt manner.
J. The bibliography should will contain reference titles for the theme in question, ordered in alphabetically
For books, will be mentioned: the name of the first author (in capital letters), followed by a comma, then the surname initial and the name of the other authors, year when the paper was written. Then the complete title (italic) is written. After that follows the place where the paper has been published, the publishing house, pages number
For periodical studies the following will be mentioned: the name of the first author followed by a comma, then the surname initial and the names and initials of the other authors, year, the title of the article, the title of the periodical study (italic), place where the paper has been published, and the pages where the article can be found.
For an unpublished text, the following should be mentioned: the name of the author, surname initial, year, the title of the study, and the nature of the document (doctoral dissertation, research report etc.), institution, place.
K. Text editing
For collective studies like dictionaries, "conference studies", monographs, the title will be the one on the editorial page (not on the front cover), the place of publishing, the editor and the date of publishing.
Chapter's title should be written with Times New Roman 14 size font, bold, aligned to the left. The text should have around 10-15 pages, including illustrations with a spacing of 1.3, justified. The text should be edited in Office Word with Times New Roman 14 size font on A4 paper size with the following margins: top: top 2.3, bottom 2.3, left 2.3, right 2.3. The charts should be made in Office Excel.
The author is responsible for the scientific content of the study. The editorial staff assures the right of reply with specific scientific, methodic arguments, in a scientific civilized manner.
No part of the published studies will be used, copied, sold, distributed without the author's consent in writing and in agreement with the 8/1996 law on copyright and other rights.
This present recommendation refers to general norms of presentation of a scientific study, serving as an example only.
