Structura si caracteristicile efortului competitional in voleiul de performanta (Structure and characteristics of competition effort in high performance volleyball)
Silvia Teodorescu
Summary: In sport games, issues concerning the competition training reveal several difficulties, due to relationship among the team components (not always optimum) and the probabilistic ways of things happening.
Under these circumstances, we apply in volley-ball the principle according to which training conception is the result of processing information from the competition itself: ratio anaerobic-aerobic effort, physical, technical, tactical, psychological demands, for the whole team, for each player, per set and per game.
Relatiile dintre siguranta motrica si sigurantele cognitiv-afective ce stabilizeaza executia tehnica (Relationship netween motrical security and cognitive and affective security which stabilize technical execution)
Dorina Ortanescu, Corneliu Ortanescu
Summary: This study wishes to emphasis the relations between the capacity of performance during sportive competition and superior cognitive processes, affection and attention as phenomena that sustain the three types of results of the training process: cognitive, affective and behavioral. On 37 sportsmen we made a test of general intelligence, one for emotional reactions, also Pieron and Prague tests for attention, which were related to the number of technical mistakes made by these, during 31 games. The technical execution is reported not only to functional and motrical aspect but also to the other processes and phenomena to which is related. In conclusion, involving in their education, overcoming the problems, the desire to be known, a mental flexibility, a good attention, a good spirit of observation, a'good resistance at the efforts are defined notes of technical security.

Caracteristici stationare sau nestationare in probe de echilibru static (Stationary or nonstationay characteristics of the static balance event)
George Stihi, Emil Popa
Summary: Postural sway during quiet stance is usually assumed to be a stationary stochastic process. This assumption is tested on a force platform for 90 subjects standing on 2 feet apart at shoulder width in I min. runs in three conditions: eyes open, eyes closed and eyes open with informational feedback. The data are averaged across all subjects for each condition and trends were found to be present. In the light of these findings, the hypothesis that postural sway is a stationary process is rejected and a factorial analysis is applied to find five similar comportamental classes for each condition.
Utilizarea analizei factorilor in interpretarea parametrilor "profilului steroidic" (The use of factorial analysis in interpretation of steroid profile parameters)
Graziela-Elena Vajiala, Emil Popa
Summary: "Steroid profile" is used today as an adjacent parameter in detection of exogenous testosterone abuse and in endocrinology clinics for detection of enzyme deficiency. At the experiment there were 20 volunteer subjects, male, aged 20 to 25. the following parameters of "steroid profile" have been studied: testosterone. epitestosterone, androsterone. etiocolanolone, dehydrotestosterone. 5a-diol and 5b-diol. Dosing of these seven steroid hormones has been performed through the use of computerized system GC/MS Hewlett Packard 6890/5972. Acquired data have been processed through factorial analysis. which allowed the study of the existing relations between different variables notices at the subjects taking part in the experiment. Processing of data through factorial analysis gave us the possibility of sketching a "steroid profile" pattern. The research proved that "the model of steroid profile" modifies when metartdienone is administered. It is likely that the abuse of anabolic androgenous steroids inhibits the izoenzymes of the P450 cytocrome, altering thus the capacity of hepatic tissue to form certain products of testosterone degradation.
Leptin ,Testosterone ,GH,body composition and neuromuscular performance in prepubescent fencers and untrained boys
Tsolakis Charis
Summary: Physical exercise is a potent stimulus for hormonal changes in children and adults. However there is no evidence that the growth and puberty processes are markedly influenced by training. On the other hand there is limited information to describe neuromuscular performance in association with hormonal growth profile of prepubescent experienced athletes. In addition while experimental data indicate leptin concentrations decreases in men as a result of regular training, review of the related literature did not identify any studies on physical training and leptin concentrations in prepubertal athletes and in consequence in fencers too. Hormonal regulators of growth and development, leptin levels, body composition, neuromuscular performance and their association were investigated in nine prepubertal fencers (experimental group-EG) and an untrained (n: 10) control group (CG). Informed consent was obtained from the children and their parents. Their maturation stage was evaluated according to Tanner's criteria. There were no differences between EG and CG in physical characteristics, body mass index, (BMI), lean body mass (LBM), testosterone (T), sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), free androgen index (FA I), growth hormone (GH), and leptin. Fencers' grip strength, squat and counter jump were significantly different (p<0.05) than that of the controls', and were significantly correlated with testosterone levels (r: 0.77-0.90, p<0.05-0.00 I). Fencers leptin levels were found to be significantly correlated to BMI (R2: 0.87, p<O.OOI). There is a little evidence that leptin has a positive effect on growth and anabolic factors. SHBG explain the variation of leptin in both EG and CG groups with (R2=O.26, p<0.05) respectively. Leptin seems to be a permissive factor for the onset of puberty, while the training background needs an optimal biological maturation to produce significant differences in muscle and power performance.
Tehnici de prelucrare a datelor experimentale: netezirea datelor (Data processing technique: smoothing)
Barbu Chitimia
Summary: The first part of this article deals with some theoretical aspects of noise rejection, using low pass digital filters, in the treatment of experimental digital data. It is emphasized that some usual digital data operations, e.g. the digital derivative of data, naturally result in an enhancement of noise. On the other hand, some other operations, like data integration, have an intrinsic noise suppression effect, however with a reduction of what we can generally call „resolution". This implies an enforced order of digital data operations. If our digital data represent a slow changing function, low pass digital filters can be used to reject the high frequency components of the Fourier spectrum. The code. written for Matlab users, for some low pass digital filters, having various characteristics, is presented, This ,;vas used to smooth digital data acquired in reographycal measurements- an electrophysiological technique to estimate some parameters of the peripherical circulation - and also in the treatment of gc/ms data

Studiul atitudinilor si intereselor feminine privind practicarea activitatilor fizice organizate si a celor sportiv-recreative (Study of feminine attitude and interests in practicing the physical and sportive recreational activities)
Elena Firea, Florentina Tonita, Stefan Toma, Aurelia Suciu, Mihaela Pintilii
Summary: The present study wants to plead for the idea of the sports for all, of the sports activities practiced in health purpose, especially among women, who very often let themselves, as seen from all the points of view, take the back seat. The feminine population taken as subjects of the study numbered 90 women living in the city of Bucharest, women who practice physical activities within specialized aerobic and fitness clubs. The results obtained at the end of this study allow us to state that sports and physical activity offer any person an exceptional occasion of making the acquaintance of and communicating with other fellows, of accepting the diverse attitudes that support the development and education of personality, team spirit. It also offers those who practice sports a new dimension to the idea of practicing sport in health purpose. As any kind of sport and physical activity involves unity between body and soul, there are sufficient elements that give evidence of the positive influence the physical activity has upon the individual at all the levels.
O abordare sistemica informationala in antropologie cu aplicatii in antrenamentul sportiv (An informational systemic approach in antropology with application to the sportis coaching)
Vlad Valeanu, Pierre Joseph de Hillerin
Summary: The paper proposes an interdisciplinary approach based on some previous, conceptual work of the authors. The system theory concepts and formalism, used and adapted for information manipulation, is used into an attempt of modelling the human psyche and soma in interaction with the environment. Several information sources, sinks and channel are taken into account in order to create the model of a "transfer function" of the human unconscious autonomous behaviour. The fertility of the information paradigm vs. signal paradigm in the endeavour of controlling and modelling information processing autonomous, dynamic and adaptive system is emphasized. The inherent unmanageable complexity of information flow involved in the human psyche and soma interaction with the environment is proposed to be controlled through the "qualitative determinism" concept already introduced by others in connection with irreversible chaotic, phenomena formalism. The original concept of "informational prosthesis" is proposed to be used and enhanced through the information anthropology paradigm in sports performance enhancement, psychological preparation and neuro-motric recuperation.

Design and realiyation of physical education management system based on www
YangYaqin, V. Grigore
Summary: Along with the information technology development, education reform goes into deep progressively, the requirements of management were more and more pressing.
During the new century, in the world" physical education reform has become an extremely important part of education. Many colleges and universities are doing their best to throw into finance strength, manpower, material resource and other things to increase education level. They offer compulsory, optional physical education classes, and disarrange natural classes. Students must choice classes before classes to form into new classes. Physical education reform has made physical education classes active and rich. Temporarily, reform asks physical education teachers not only are good at one class, but also have multiple abilities. Because of reform, it is very difficult for educational administrators to arrange timetable and teachers' classes, to balance classes, to look for teachers to take the place of leaving work. It is difficult for leaders to manage many different kinds of things at the same time. It is difficult for teachers, students to remember all of their class time, class places and so on. So how to use modern technology to make teaching work become easily, modern and scientific management is our thinking problem. Nowadays WWW has become the most succeed communication network in the world. Especially it provides graph hyperlink way, offers the convenience to look for other network resource, supplies the solving program completely and rapidly.

Vasile Marcu, Maroti Stefan, Mirela Dan
Summary:The paper was elaborated on the basis of a research performed in 37 schools from Oradea and, starting from the obtained data, it aims to propose some solutions in order to optimize the problems of the medically exempted pupils. Considering that the total or partial exemption of physical effort can be regarded as an indirect indicator of the school population health condition, one of the possible solutions would be, in our opinion, the establishment of some kinotherapist positions at the consulting rooms for school and professional orientation, which should be paid by the Insurance House.

Revenirea frecventei cardiace dupa un efort anaerob lactacid folosind tehnici respiratorii si sugestive (The recovey of heart rate following an anaerobic lactacid effort using breathing and autosuggestion technique
Liliana Becea
Summary: The purpose of this study is to outline the influence of various "breathing and autosuggestion techniques during the recovery phase following an anaerobic lactacid effort. The parameter used was the variation of the heartbeat monitored at 5-second intervals by means of Polar monitors. The experiment was performed involving a pool of 44 dilettante subjects divided into two groups. The baseline step of the test consisted in recording the physiological recovery of the heart rate (decrease curve) of the whole pool of individuals subjected to an anaerobic lactacid effort. The pool was then divided into two equal groups of which one was trained in applying breathing and autosuggestion techniques. Following this training a second test was performed on both groups. The statistical data evaluation showed a major difference between the natural, physiological heartbeat decrease monitored on the untrained group as compared to the significantly better recovery monitored on the group applying either breathing or autosuggestion techniques, the highest efficiency being achieved by those individuals using a combination of autosuggestion and full in/out breathing at equal intervals.

Aspecte juridice ale sponsorizarii activitatilor sportive in Romania anului 2001(Juridical aspects of sponsorins sport activities in Romania 2001)
Alexandru-Virgil Voicu
Summary: Organized mainly in three forms, namely sports for all people, amateur sports and professional sports, sports activity has imposed itself as an important part of social life. In order to carry on this activity, private sports organizations have to get by their own means material goods or financial means other than those from their own activity or, if need be, from budgetary execution. The efficient material support of the activity we refer to implies a different approach to the issue of financing, from the point of view of sports management and marketing. In this context, sponsorship may become an important support of sports activities, first of all a financial one, but only to the extent to which the provisions of the authoritative acts that regulate it are known.

Tehnologii analitice utilizate in analiza doping (Analytical technology used in doping analysis)
Graziela Vajiala, Mia Lamor
Summary: Taking into account the fact that doping continues to be a serious problem of nowadays high performance sport, there are several attempts to identify a solution through the improvement of the several techniques used in the antidoping tests.
Introduction of the gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer was a real progress due to the high performances of this device which allows identification of more than 20 metabolites of the anabolic androgenous steroids by the help of a single injection and determines the profile of the androgenous hormones. Utilization of this analytic instrumentation led to the improvement of the efficiency of the detection analyses of the doping substances in the urine tests. This was possible thanks to the high - resolution of the system and the possibility of quantification of the compounds concentrations in ng/ml. As compared to the GC/MS low resolution system, HRMS system is a technique of high accuracy, but a more expensive one. This system is used for the determination of very low concentrations of anabolic androgenous steroids.

Observatii asupra unor inadecvari terminologice din programa scolara de educatie fizica si sport (Terminology inadequacies of the school curricula for physical education and sport)
Farcas Valeriu
Summary: The pedagogical terminology of physical education and sports shows a language belonging to a field which takes over a methodological "attitude", adapts the theory of training and its components and brings about a new approach, with new essential taxonomies (hierarchies) of the aims of methodology and didactic programming. Our subject matter presents, due to its specificity, an amount of didactic and practical characteristics which defines and specializes it from the point of view of terminology, preserving its identity. From this perspective, physical education and sport focus their activities in didactic units, specific to the field: learning, practice, development - contents based on "the practice of the physical exercise" - feature that has to be found in the terminology.
