Rezumat

Marile confruntari internationale permit si impun o evaluare si interpretare matematica a datelor, privind capacitatea de performanta, constituind astfel puncte de control ale modelelor de pregatire si concurs prin redimensionarea lor pe alte coordonate valorice, actualizate, care sa ne reorienteze spre o metodologie obiectiva de valorificare a parametrilor semnalati, in corelatie cu previziunile de viitor. Numai asa echipele de top ajung si se pot mentine in ierarhia internationala printr-o permanenta adaptare a proceselor de antrenament si competitie la tendintele actuale ale jocului de volei modern.

Abstract

The great international games permit and enforce an evaluation and statistical interpretation of the facts regarding the capability for performance. Thus forming examination points of the training and competition patterns through resize them on other value scales brought up to date that coordinate us towards an impartial methodology of revaluation of the point out parameters in correlation with future previsions. Solely, in this way, greatest teams reach and maintain themselves in the top through permanent adaptation of training and competition processes to the present tendencies of modern volleyball.

 

Analysis of the training and morphological characteristics between greek and russian female athletes of the olympic national volleyball teams

Abstract

The aim of this study was the comparative analysis of the training and morphological characteristics between Greek and Russian female athletes of the Olympic National Volleyball teams. The study included 28 women athletes, of mean age 25.63.1 years. Fourteen of them were members of the Greek National Team (GNT) and the other 14 were members of the Russian National Team (RNT). Training characteristics were recorded with the use of an interview questionnaire. Morphological measurements regarded body mass, various body heights and lengths, segmental diameters, circumferences and skinfolds of the body. Also, body fat percentage (BF %) (Jackson et al, 1980), fat-free mass, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) and trunk index were calculated. Differences between teams were estimated using the independent samples t test (SPSS/PC). Female athletes of the GNT and RNT differed significantly regarding hours of training per training session (3.70.5 and 2.50.0 hours respectively) (p<.05). Russian athletes were significantly taller compared to Greek female athletes (189.05.5 cm and 183.84.6.1 cm respectively) and presented significantly higher values in all body heights and lengths (p<.05), with the exception of the lower limb length (p>.05). Significant differences were also recorded as far as BMI of the two national teams was concerned (p<.05). In conclusion, Greek top level athletes had better training characteristics and fell behind compared to the Russian athletes in morphologic characteristics which concerned body heights and lengths. These morphologic characteristics are decisive at top volleyball performance and should probably constitute a main criterion for the selection of talented athletes for the National Team.

Rezumat

 In sportul de performanta, este importanta cunoasterea particularitatilor de personalitate ale sportivilor, mai ales in scopul adaptarii metodelor de lucru in functie de acestea. Studiul prezent se axeaza asupra sportivilor practicanti de rugbi si, pornind de la existenta a doua compartimente in cadrul unei echipe de rugbi (rugbi in XV), se urmareste identificarea diferentelor intre componentii pachetului de inaintare si cei ai compartimentului de treisferturi, in ceea ce priveste caracteristicile de personalitate.

 Desi se constituie sub forma unui studiu de caz, lucrarea de fata poate deschide noi perspective in ceea ce priveste abordarea diferentiata a sportivilor practicanti de rugbi.

Abstract 

 In high-performance sports, it's important to be aware of the personality characteristics of the athletes, especially in which it concerns the necessity of adapting the training methods to these particularities.

 The present study centers on the rugbi players and, taking into consideration that a rugbi team consists of two units: the backs and the forwards, the study aims to identify the differences between the forward players and the backward players in which it concerns their personality characteristics.

 Although this is a case – study, the present paper may suggest various perspectives related to different approaches for the rugbi – players.

Rezumat

In sportul de performanta, problematica accidentarilor reprezinta un element deosebit de important, mai ales in context competitional. Studiul prezent se centreaza asupra elementelor psihologice ca factor determinat in aparitia traumatismelor sportive si asupra rolului psihologului in prevenirea acestora, pornind de la o serie de cazuri corespondente unor sportivi componenti ai loturilor nationale de rugbi.

Abstract

In high performance sports, the problematic of injuries represent a very important aspect, especially in competition context. The present study centers on psychological elements as determinative factor in occurring sports traumas and on the role of the sports psychologist in the process of prevention, basing on a series of cases correspondent to athletes – members of the national rugbi teams.

Rezumat

 Acest demers a urmarit evidentierea modului cum se poate realiza montajul unor camere de luat vederi diferite, astfel incat imaginile lor sa surprinda desfasurarea fazelor mecanismului de baza al probei de triplusalt in conditii de egala precizie. Pentru realizarea acestui lucru, am utilizat urmatoarele metode: metoda matematica, metoda grafica si metoda experimentala.

 Rezultatele experimentului ne-au indreptatit sa afirmam ca: in utilizarea camerelor video pentru analiza miscarii este foarte importanta determinarea distantei la care acestea trebuie asezate fata de planul in care se desfasoara actiunea, putandu-se evita astfel eventualele erori de masurare care pot aparea in timpul realizarii demersului.

Abstract

 This approach wanted to emphasize the way that some different video camcorders can be assembled so that their images will catch the phases of the triple jump mechanism unfolding, in the same conditions of precision. In order to realize this purpose we used the following methods: the mathematical, graphical and experimental ones.

 The obtained results gave us the right to say that: in the utilization of the video camcorders for motion analyze it is very important to determine the distance between the camcorder and the action plane because in this way we can avoid the possible errors of measurement that can occur during the approach.

 

L'evaluation du personnel enseignant au Maroc, en Haiti et en Roumanie:

Resume

Cette etude porte sur des inspecteurs du Maroc, d'Haiti et de la Roumanie. Elle traite de leurs perceptions, de leurs pratiques d'evaluation du personnel enseignant et de leur satisfaction a l'egard du travail des enseignants et a l'egard de leur propre travail. Les resultats montrent des differences significatives quant aux personnes qui doivent être impliquees dans l'evaluation du personnel enseignant. Il s'agit de la supervision faite par le directeur de l'ecole, par les inspecteurs et par les elèves.

Les inspecteurs de Roumanie, comparativement aux inspecteurs du Maroc et d'Haiti, sont plus ouverts a une supervision moins classique (par les parents et par les elèves). Les resultats montrent egalement des differences significatives entre les trois groupes quant a la satisfaction a l'egard du travail des enseignants et de leur propre travail.

Rezumat

Proiectul nostru, bazat pe politica Uniunii Europene din aria stiintifica, propune o corelare intre scopurile educatiei fizice, continut, si strategii didactice de predare-invatare realizate intr-o maniera curiculara, cu diferite strategii de evaluare a tratamentului ce pot identifica cunostintele si abilitatile elevului, progresul sau si comportamentul, centrand evolutia pe partea practica. Este evident faptul ca si rezultatele sunt apreciate ce nu pot fi cuantificate masurate cu acuratete: atitudinile, comportamentele, capacitatile, toate acestea fiind obiective importante in procesul educativ. Aceasta cercetare va fi suportata de catre paradigma actiunii de cercetare participativa. Acest tip de cercetare are avantajul de a incepe de la intrebari generate din viata reala, fiind confundat, pentru un moment cu activitatile zilnice realizate de orice profesor din cadrul procesului didactic. Cercetarea actiunii mai are un avantaj, acela fiind determinarea stimularii. In educatia fizica acestea pot fi folosite in toate sistemele de evaluare, prin utilizarea strategiilor de evaluarea specifice acestor activitati.

Abstract

Our project proposes a correlation among physical education aims, based on european union politics in our science area, contents and didactic strategies of teaching-learning made in a curricular vision, with different treatment strategies of evaluation that can mark out the pupil's knowledge and skills, his advancement and, behavior, centering evaluation on practical side. It is obvious that there are appreciated the results, too that can't be quantified measured with accuracy: the attitudes, the behaviors, the capacities, all this being valuable objectives in the educative process. This research will be supported by the participative action research paradigm. This type of research has the advantage that it starts from real life generated questions, being confused, for a moment, with the daily activities realized by any teacher in the didactical process. The action research has another advantage and that is the determination of the stimulation. in physical education there can be used in system all evaluation forms, by using evaluation strategies specific to this activities.
